AVID allows the administrator to create and customize limited access user accounts. By creating multiple user logins within your account, you can assign specific control to different users on a publisher level. For example, if you have certain campaigns or publishers assigned to different people within your organization, this is a great option for users to be able to manage their campaigns without seeing other users campaigns. With user access, you can change ads, upload new ads, and access the full navigation menu.

If you’re an advertiser and you’re doing direct buys with publishers, you might want to give a publisher account access so they can see statistics for everything running on their page. A publisher login only gives access to view statistics for a specific publisher, and (when permission is given) can approve or disapprove ads.
